The instrument’ s powerful features include the ability to change the settings in fine steps over a wide range of voltages, and an assortment of other functions necessary for a variety of diagnostic requirements. The 3455 is packed in a compact body and offers ease of use. Careful consideration has been made in regards to safety in the design, making the instrument compatible to use almost anywhere.
